7-Day Shanghai Suzhou Hangzhou Shanghai Expo Tour

Day 01 Shanghai arrival

Arrive in Shanghai, the financial and commercial center of China. You are greeted by your guide at the airport displaying your name. Then transfer to the 4-star Shanghai Greenland Jiulong Hotel or similar.

Day 02 Shanghai (B, L)

Today you will have one day city tour to visit the Jade Buddha Temple, the fascinating Yu Garden, a well-restored Suzhou-style garden, and take a walk through the Old Town filled with antique markets and specialty stores. Afterwards, visit Nanjing Road and the Bund, which is Shanghai’s main shopping street and famous for its modern stores. In the evening, visit Xintiandi - a famous bar street.

Day 03 Shanghai (B, L)

Today you will have a day trip to the Expo pavilions and have fast lunch in local. In the evening you will have a cruise on the Huangpu River to see the nightlife on the along the Bund.

Day 04 Shanghai-Suzhou (B, L)

In the morning you will travel to Suzhou by private vehicle. On the road you will visit Tongli - a famous water town. Upon arrival in Suzhou, check into the 4-star Holiday Inn Youlian Hotel or similar.

Day 05 Suzhou-Hangzhou (B, L)

Suzhou is the "Paradise of Gardens". You will appreciate the elegant classical Suzhou garden with a tour to the Lingering Garden and the Lion Grove Garden to understand the art of Chinese aesthetics through every rock, waterway, plant and flower. As Suzhou has been the silk trade center of China for centuries, you must visit the Silk Embroidery Research Institute and Silk factory to see how silk is produced and dyed. In the later afternoon, drive to Hangzhou and check into the 4-star Lily Hotel or similar.

Day 06 Hangzhou-Shanghai (B, L)

In the morning you will visit the beautiful West Lake by boat, then the Linyin Temple, the Tea Plantation and the Six Harmoniousness Pagoda. In the late afternoon, drive back to Shanghai and check into the 4-star Shanghai Greenland Jiulong Hotel or similar.

Day 07 Shanghai departure (B)

Transfer to the airport and take you homebound flight. Service ends.
