Pick up at your Beijing hotel and start today's tour to visit the Buddhism sites: you will visit the Yonghe Lamasery . a treasure of Han-Tibetan culture. Continue to visit the Beijing Guanghua Temple, famous Buddhist temple in Beijing where the Beijing Buddhist Association is located. Today's last stop is the Beijing Guangji Temple, also known as "Hongci Guangji Temple", was originally Xiliulin Temple in the Jin Dynasty.

Yonghe Lamasery -- built in 1694 and the architecture and ornamentation of the buildings show the influence of Han, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan styles. The temple was once an important center of Tibetan Lamaism, and some 200 monks still live, study and pray there. The temple is a working lamasery so it's closed early in the mornings for prayer.
