Opened in 1993, Beijing Chongwenmen Hotel is a three-star hotel offering people great access to the city’s major attractions. It was renovated in 2000 and now offering basic and practical amenities that budget travelers always need.

Beijing Chongwenmen Hotel is centrally located and next to the subway. From the hotel people can walk to Beijing Railway Station (about 15 minutes), Tiantan Park (about 15 minutes) and Tiananmen Square (about 20 minutes). It takes about 40 minutes drive to Beijing Capital International Airport.

Rooms

The rooms in Beijing Chongwenmen Hotel are clean, and in particular, the sheets are of decent quality. The rooms are styled in a basic contemporary manner and the result of an upgrade finished within the last couple years. Some rooms are not that spacious and there is barely enough walking space around the beds for more than two persons.
