Location: 20 minutes drive or metro to Pazhou Guangzhou International Exhibition Center.

It is surprising that so few Western tourists stay at the Guangzhou Globelink Hotel, as it has by far the largest hotel rooms in the city. Its location is very central, with easy access to the subway as well as large shopping areas such as Beijing Road, China Plaza, and Haiyin Electronics Market. The staff is friendly and helpful; a few even speak some English. Best of all, the discounted prices for this four-star hotel are usually unbeatable. On the other hand, the whole property looks a little bit tired and requests for some renovation.
