Hyatt Regency Xian Hotel is among a few five-star hotels opened in Xian after China adopted open-door policies. While the hotel requires some renovation, it is maintained quite well. The staffs are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the cafe is excellent with tons of Chinese and western foods. The hotel also has a nice bar that opens till 1 am six days a week, occasionally with an outstanding 4-piece band.
