To some people, Shanghai Holiday Inn Downtown Hotel appears to be a typical business hotel, not very charming or personal but a good standard and no surprises. There are two wings, the Great Wall Wing and the Plaza Wing. The hotel lobby is medium size, clean and well equipped. Two restaurants and the bar are good and offer wide range of food options. The breakfast hall itself is a bit shabby and not very well kept if the hall is packed.
