An economy three-star hotel, Liang An Hotel has a very impressive and big lobby with plenty of marble and a cozy lobby bar. Most of the floors in the hotel are newly renovated and in very good conditions. The hotel staff does not speak that much English, but they generally can understand your requests and definitely try their best to help you. Early check-in may be offered under request.

Location

In a safe, average neighborhood, Liang An Hotel is quite centrally located as it is situated only 2-3 metro stops from downtown Shanghai. The hotel is easy to find as it is the only tall building in the block. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station where a metro station locates. Distance to Shanghai Pudong International airport is about 42 km and to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport about 15 km.

Rooms

The 13-floor Liang An Hotel consists of more than 350 comfortable guestrooms. Rooms are well furbished, clean and equipped with such standard amenities as air conditioning, cable TV (only a few English channels though), water boiler and a small fridge. Beds are wide and comfortable although some people may find mattresses are very hard if they are used to soft ones in their homes. Bathrooms are clean with a bathtub, massage shower, big fog defending mirror, fresh towels every day, toothbrushes and toothpaste, combs, shampoo and soap.
