Tea Pouring Performance Picture

The tea pouring performance in Chengdu is very unique: holding a kettle in one hand, a waiter can pour boiling water into a teacup 50 centimeters away without spilling any on the table. Some waiters can even do so while holding more than 10 teacups in the other hand. There is a teapot that is unique to Chengdu teahouses as well. Usually made of brass and having an absurdly long spout, servers use these teapots to refresh customers' teacups without interrupting conversations.
