Day 01 Guiyang

Arrive in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province, which is the hub of politics, economy, culture and communication in the province. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to the four-star Ramada Plaza Hotel.

Day 02 Guiyang (B, L)

Morning visit Jiaxiu Pavilion, the symbol of Guiyang. Jiaxiu Pavilion was initially built by a provincial governor in the Ming Dynasty, with the purpose of encouraging scholars to make progress. Then visit Qianling Park and Hongfu Temple which is over 300 years. This afternoon drive to Qingyan Ancient Town for a visit. Qingyan is a small township in the outskirt of Guiyang. It was built in the Ming Dynasty, the town retains its original design of outer and inner cities, each with magnificent city walls, watch towers and battlements, well-preserved stone-slab lanes and archways.

Day 03 Guiyang / Anshun (B, L, D)

In this morning, you will drive to Anshun to visit the most famous Huangguoshu Waterfall, a milky way in miniature, is the largest waterfall in Asia. Seventy-four meters (243 feet) high and eighty-one meters (266 feet) wide, it is a scenic marvel. Then visit Tian Xin Qiao sightseeing area. Check into the local best Grand Waterfall Hotel.

Day 04 Anshun / Guiyang (B, L, D)

Morning explore Tianlong tunpu and enjoy traditional Dixi performances there. Since the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), Tianlong has been the tunpu with the most armies and post houses. Many of the houses of Tianlong Tunpu, with their fancy entryways, carved stonewalls, and elaborate backyards resemble Ming houses found near the lower Yangtze River, reminding visitors of the faraway hometowns of the first Tianlong Tunpu residents. Then visit Dragon Palace Cave Scenic Spot. It includes 60 square kilometers of karst caves, waterfalls, and underground streams. The Dragon Palace, the Rape (You Cai) Lake, the Whirlpool and the Leech Pass are all in this territory. The Dragon Palace, 15 kilometers (9 miles) in length, is the prime attraction. It is the longest karst river cave in China. The Guest-Welcoming Cave, the Dragon Gate Flying Waterfall, the Heavenly Lake, the Clamshell Rock and the Crystal Palace are its components. You will also visit the unique village of Buyi Minority. This late afternoon drive back to Guiyang. Overnight at the four-star Ramada Plaza Hotel.

Day 05 Guiyang / Kaili (B, L, D)

Then drive to Kaili, the centre of Miao and Dong Minorities Autonomous Prefecture in southeast Guizhou. Visit Kaili Museum where you can have a general understanding and basic knowledge of Miao and Dong people's history, daily life, textile technique etc. Drive to visit Qingman Miao village where you will see the entire process of traditional Miao clothes-making. Continue visiting Shiqiao Miao village which is still keep the ancient way of paper making. Check into the local best Grand Dragon Hotel.

Day 06 Kaili / Guiyang (B, L, D)

This morning you will visit Ms. Yang Jianhong’s workshop. Ms. Yang set up this workshop for minorities' textiles collection. At there you can find lots of excellent textile pieces. Then drive to visit Matang Gejia village, this tribe is classified as one sub-branch of Miao people. However, their language, costumes are totally different from Miao people. Batik (Wax-resist) is skillfully and beautifully done by the local women. Nanhua Long –skirt Miao village, they are nicknamed as 'Long skirt Miao' which the villagers' performance is really excellent. Drive back to Guiyang in the evening.

Day 07 Guiyang (B)

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the next destination. Service ends.
