1) Internal Fraud Prevention Initiative
We stringently monitor our transactions by monitoring the origin of the credit card to see if they are coming from High Risk Country. Also, we specifically pay attention to large ticket payment and payment from customers who are suspicious. For example, we will cross check their credit card name and also their user profile name.

2) Rules and regulations on handling suspicious transaction - when we are in doubt of any transaction, we will verify with the client by phone call first. If it's still suspicious, we will require our customer to present the credit card on the spot when they arrive in China and start the tour service.

3) Maximum allowed transaction
We have limited our maximum allowed transaction ticket size to USD 10,000 through out internal system.

4) Fast and large purchase usually are fraud transaction, like user who come from African countries to purchase large amount of international flight tickets without checking any airfares usually fraud purchase and get flagged by our system.
