Itinerary

Meet your guide at your hotel lobby and take private transfer to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Today you will take a 1hour high-speed train ride to Hangzhou.
Upon arrival at Hangzhou, take private transfer to the Jiuxi Scenic Area. This place is where the world-renowned Longjing green tea originates from. The route to the village passes tea fields, wetlands and a landscape sculpted to pastoral perfection.
After lunch, take private transfer to West Lake. The West Lake is one of the top ten scenic areas in China, and was listed as a world cultural heritage site by UNESCO. The lake is divided by Gu Shan, Bai, Su and Yanggong Causeways into five areas. West Lake is not only famous for its picturesque landscape, it is also associated with many scholars, national heroes and revolutionary martyrs, and it is therefore plays an important role in many aspects of Chinese culture. In addition there are many ancient buildings, stone caves and engraved tablets in surrounding areas, and among them are some of the most cherished national treasures of China.
In the late afternoon, take private transfer to Hangzhou East Railway Station and board the high-speed train back to Shanghai. Upon arrival, take private transfer back to your hotel.
