Today you will visit the beautiful West Lake by taking a boat tour to enjoy the breath-taking view. West Lake is symbol of Hangzhou as well as one of the most beautiful sights in China. After a boat ride, spend your leisure time walk along the lake bank and you will see many Chinese people doing exercise there. In the afternoon, you will visit the Lingyin Temple. The temple was built in the year of 326 AD when an Indian monk named Huili arrived at the FeilI Peak and found that the Peak was so outstanding and beautiful that he thought it was a retreat of supernatural beings. It is the most influential temple in South China, and is regarded as one of the 10 famous Buddhist temples in China. Travel back to your hotel.

Day 2 Hangzhou

Pick up at your Hangzhou hotel lobby in the morning and drive to visit the Wuzhen, an ancient water town near Hangzhou and is becoming more and more popular these days. It has a history of more than 1,000 years and has been listed by UNESCO in the reserve list of world cultural heritages. Old buildings still remain intact. The canals crisscross the town and work as streets and lanes. Local shops and eateries serve local residents as they used to. People socialize with one another by drinking tea and chatting. The traditional self-content lives of pre-industrialization are well preserved. Enjoy your back-to-the past tour by walking around, shopping randomly and sampling some local snacks. At end, transfer back to your hotel in the late afternoon.
