I just wanted to write a short email to thank you very very much for all your efforts to arrange for our train tickets.
As you know, the tickets for the Guangzhou-Shanghai trip arrived immediately we reached our hotel in Guangzhou. As promised, we had one full soft sleeper for our family. The trip was great.
The tickets for the return trip also arrived in time, and again you were able to get for us tickets for one complete sleeper compartment. That trip also went really well.
I was a bit nervous about making arrangements for this travel through email, but you were very honest, and everything went perfectly. It was also really nice to be able to contact you on your mobile phone, and your English was excellent.
We will certainly recommend China Tour to any friends or colleagues that want to plan a trip to China in the future.
