1. Guide Service and Shops

In general, the tour guides spoke clearly and politely and were very helpful and ready to solve any problem. We would like to thank also all our guides...especially Tiffany in Beijing, Tina in Xian, and Jimmy in Shanghai We made some stops at souvenir shops or factories with our agreement to do some shopping and also to know how some stuffs are produced?

2. Driver Service and Vehicle

In China it is very difficult to drive, because many people don't respect any rules, however our driver were very reliable and good driver. Tour vehicle were clean and equipped with air-conditioners

3. Meals

The meals arranged for us were big and good...we like Chinese food!!

4. Hotels

Hotel accommodations were good and we found always staff that could speak English. Rooms were clean and big enough...Just one small reprimand for the breakfast in the hotel in Xian...it is not so various as in the other 3stars hotel of the tour...
