Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for all your help on my holiday, it was a great trip and I enjoyed meeting you! I'm happy to give you some feedback:

1. I thought the guides were excellent, with great English skills. In particular, the guide who met me at the train station in Xian and the guide for my day tour in Shanghai (sorry I don't know their names!) were fantastic because they seemed to have a lot of knowledge and could answer every question. Some of the day-tour guides in Beijing and Xian seemed to put the pressure on me to buy things but it wasn't too bad.

2. I had no problem with the drivers or vehicles. The air conditioning worked (thank god!) and the drivers seemed polite.

3. I liked the hotel in Xian and really liked the one in Shanghai - I would stay there again. I would not stay in the Beijing one again. I know it was probably a cheaper option because I wanted to keep costs down but it was a little too far from the city. On my free day, I couldn't find any taxis to take me to my hotel because it was so far from Tiananmen Square.

Overall, I thought the trip was fantastic. I'll leave you a review on Trip advisor. Thanks again, I will use your services again if I come back to China!
