I will certainly share my experience regarding our recent tour with you.
I'm glad that we chose your agency for our tour. In each city, we were met at the point at which we arrived by a knowledgeable guide. They had concerns for our well-being and helped us with whatever we wanted. I wish that we had had more time to explore each of the places that we visited. The logistics were uniformly excellent; everything that you promised was delivered.
The hotel in Yangshuo was very small but comfortable enough. We spent a day there without your guide, walking through the villages, through the fields, around the mountains and to the local attractions. It was a welcome change from the larger cities.
The issue of pollution in China is becoming globally known. I suggest that you think of "low pollution tours" that avoid the more polluted parts of China. I would definitely include Guilin and the Yangshuo area and the Yangtze river as desirable destinations that are low in pollution; I'm sure that you know of others.
In conclusion, I'd definitely recommend you as a good tour agency to do business with, but I would caution travelers about the health effects of pollution in parts of China.
