Northeast China Tour

Arrive in Harbin, meet your tour guide and transfer to your hotel. Start your tour with a visit Flood Control Memorial Tower, which is the monument of victory fighting against the flood in 1957. Then visit Central Avenue, where you can see century-old European Style architectures and do some shopping. The city walk ends at the St. Sophia Church, the largest Orthodox Eastern Church in China and a perfect example of Byzantine architecture. In the evening, visit Sun Island where the Ice Lantern Festival is held. Spectacular snow sculptures of a great variety are displayed here.

Day 2 Harbin

Morning sightseeing takes you to Jile Temple for a visit. It is honored as one of four well-known temples in Northeast China. Continue to visit the snow sculptures in the Sun Island. In the afternoon, visit the Siberian Tiger Park, one of the largest conservations of the endangered Siberian Tiger, and learn about their way of life. In the evening, go to the Ice and Snow World to enjoy the magnificent ice sculptures lit up by hundreds of colored lights.

Day 03 Harbin / Changchun

In the morning take the highs-speed train to Changchun. Meet and transfer to the hotel. Then you will visit the Puppet Emperor's Imperial Palace and The Eight Ministries of Puppet Manchuguo Regime, which were established as a way for the Japanese to legitimize their claim to the territory of Northeast China.

Day 04 Changchun / Jilin / Shenyang

Take a coach to Jilin. Wall along Songhua River, enjoy Jilin Rime, a unique winter spectacle. The mist from the river freezes on trees, creating a beautiful view of crystal-covered trees. Stop by Jilin Catholic Church built a hundred years ago and find its elegant construction style. Then take the high-speed train to Shengyang. Meet and transfer to the hotel.

Day 05 Shenyang

In the morning, you will visit Shenyang Imperial Palace, the seat of power for the founding emperors before Qing Dynasty established. Then visit the Mansion of General Zhang, the residence of the warlords who have outstanding influence on China's modern history. In the afternoon, visit Zhaoling Mausoleum, the tomb of the second emperor of the Qing Dynasty.

Day 06 Shenyang / Dalin

Take train to Dalian, the beautiful coastal city in northeast of China. Upon arrival, travel to the famous Binhai Road and enjoy a leisure walk between the mountains and seas. Continue the visit the Ocean Melody Park, boasting stunning landscapes with picturesque views. With mountains, forests, azure seas, and meadows, it is regarded as the best coastal park in Dalin. Then visit Pole Aquarium and enjoy the show by the starring marine animals。

Day 07 Dalian / Lushun / Dalin

Today's highlight is an excursion to Lushun. Upon arrival, we will climb Baiyu Hill and ascend the summit, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the entire Lushuan Port (Port Arthur).Then visit the Japanese-Russian Prison Museum and the ruins of the Russo-Japanese war and the Sino-Japanese war. In the afternoon, visit the Naval Port Amusement Park, having an idea of the Chinese navy history.  Before going back to Dalin, visit Lushun Museum and learn the history of the city.

Day 08 Dalian

Transfer to the airport. The service ends.
