To begin with the excellent and the good parts regarding the guides, these were Xian and Shanghai. The guide in Shanghai was just very funny and caring and very flexible and open to any suggestion -which is very important and the guide in Xian was very knowledable and educated and spoke an excellent English which, again, is very important!
I loved, loved, loved the driving service in Shanghai! Many times you can see the quality of the person just from when they smile at you. The driving service in Shanghai was EXCELLENT! The driver is an excellent driver and a very good human being too!!! I felt like I was surrounded with warmth and a lot of care!
Yes, all the tour vehicles were clean and equipped with air-conditioners.
I loved the Sweet Dynasty restaurant in Shanghai which was why I strongly desired to return there for my last lunch!!! Also, ALL locations in Shanghai were absolutely excellent and I liked a lot that even though specific terms of the ingredients I was curious about were not known, I was always asked, consulted and/or told what I was about to eat. The same happened in Xian. I appreciated that a lot!!!!
