Dear Tiffany,

All of us are well and just about recovering from our most memorable trip to China.Meeting both you and Sarah added to our wonderful tour of your country.As requested by you here are our comments to the following points.

1. Accommodation

All hotels were good and Beijing/Shanghai were the best.Even Hangzhou and Luoyang were nice and their locations were perfect.Facilities in Xi'an Ibis was disappointing though the hotel itself was neat and clean.Breakfast was substantial and good in all hotels except for Ibis.Best breakfast was in Shanghai.

2. Guide

All the guides were good and took interest in explaining fully during our sightseeing.They were considerate and adjusted to our requests of delaying departure from the hotel for sightseeing,so that we could rest longer after a tiring day.Their English was not brilliant but we understood whatever they wanted to convey.Considering that English is not widely spoken in China,I think they did a fairly good job.

3. Vehicle

We were provided with spacious vehicles which were clean.The drivers were patient and polite and did not smoke.

4.Food

Very honestly this aspect was our biggest worry prior to our arrival in China and I had requested that we be provided with Sichuan cuisine as this is spicy , palatable and similar to the Chinese food in our country.The food we were served was sumptuous,tasty and most enjoyable.In fact many times we had to request that such a big spread was not necessary.

5.We have no problems sharing photographs with you and they being used on your website.Unfortunately I had some problem with my camera,but will try and get it from others in our party so that it can be used on your website.Do give me sometime and hopefully I will be able to oblige.Presently our comments however may be used if you wish.

Our entire group of 6 are more than happy with the service we received and really cannot find where and what was lacking from your end.China Connections did a wonderful job and for this the credit must go to all concerned.Initially Sarah and followed by you would deserve maximum dues for an extremely well planned and executed trip.

Assuring you if we ever return to China,we will have no hesitation in choosing China Connections and we will highly recommend using your Company to our friends or anybody visiting China.
