Shengshui Temple

Shengshui Temple is also known as "Guanyin Ge". It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Dalian and few visitors leave there without wanting to come back. It is located in the northern part of Dahei Mountain in Jinzhou District. Having a history of 600 years, the Temple has been renovated many times.

Originally, it had the Upper Section and the Lower Section, which was gone long time ago. The Upper Section was built upon the mountain, which towers into the clouds. Record shows that the Temple we see today was rebuilt in Ming Dynasty. The name of the Temple was picked up because of a well originally located to the right of the main building.
