Huangshan Transportation

Train

There are two trains daily to and from Huangshan City and Shanghai . The train via Nanjing leaves Shanghai at 17:04 and arrives in Nanjing at 19:52.

Bus

Highways from Huangshan go to Shanghai and large and medium-size cities in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Jiangxi and other provinces. There is one public bus daily to Huangshan City from Shanghai, and two daily returns.

Air

There are 70 flights from the Huangshan Airport to such places as: Beijing, Shanghai, Heifei, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Guilin, Kunming, and Fuzhou. Every week there is a regular chartered airplane between Huangshan and Hongkong. A taxi to the airport in Tunxi, 5km away from the center, costs around RMB25. An airport shuttle bus leaves from outside the CAAC office, near the International Hotel, on Huangshan Lu. Tickets for this cost RMB5.
