Zhongdian Shopping

Zhongdian has a few local specialties that you can find at some stores. They are beimu (Chinese herbs), Qingke Liquor, Snow lotus, silver knives, silk carpets, and local paintings. Also well-known is ChongChao, a very rare and expensive Chinese medicine that grows in meadow at an elevation of 3,000 meters. When the fungus grows in the dead caterpillar body, it keeps the shape of the caterpillar's worm.
