By Air

Luoyang Airport is 20km from the city. There are connecting flights to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other major cities. Direct flights leave regularly from Luoyang to Hong Kong and Japan. The airline shuttle bus runs between the airport and the city beginning at 6:30am and running every half-hour until 7: 30pm, (RMB15).

By Train

Busy Luoyang Railway Station is located on Jinguyuan Road. Longhai and Jiaozhi railways meet in Luoyang, making it very convenient to travel to major Chinese cities by express and direct route trains.

By Taxi

Taxis in Luoyang offer good service for relatively low price. Taxi fare starts at $0.72 for the first 1.86 miles, and after 1.86 miles, the price will be $0.12 per 0.6 miles.

By Bicycle

Most hotels rent bicycles. The usual cost is RMB10-20 per day with a deposit of RMB200 or leaving your passport.
