Itinerary

Day 1 Suzhou (L)

Arrive in Suzhou, known as the "Venice of the East" today. Meet your guide and transfer to the four-star Holiday Inn Youlian Hotel. After refresh at hotel, you will visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, one of the four famous landscaped gardens in China. It is now listed as the World Natural Heritage. Continue to visit the Lingering Garden, praised as one of the nation's four famous gardens. In the evening, you will visit the Guanqian Street which the most famous shopping street in Suzhou.

Day 2 Suzhou (B, L)

After breakfast, you will visit the I. M. Pei and New Suzhou Museum. Founded in 1960 and originally located in the national historic landmark, Suzhou Museum has been a highly-regarded regional museum with a number of significant Chinese cultural relics. A new museum designed by world famous architect I.M.Pei was completed in October 2006. Continue to visit the Suzhou Silk Museum, which reflect the long silk history and the art of silk industry in China. In the late afternoon, you will drive to the next destination.
