Located in the south west of Suzhou city, Zijin'an Nunnery was built in the early years of Tang Dynasty. The moderate-sized Arhat statues in the nunnery were suitably and vividly designed with different appearances of humankind. Each of the statues shows a sharp contrast with the other.
