Itinerary:

Day 01 Beijing

Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. You are greeted by your guide at the airport outside the luggage claim area with your name displayed and then transferred to the hotel for rest.

Day 02 Beijing (B)

Get up early today and meet our guide at your hotel lobby. Your first visit is the Temple of Heaven Park, which is the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world where most Emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties prayed for peace and harvest.Then stroll the Tian'anmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and then enter the Forbidden City, which is the residence of Chinese emperors for more than 500 years.

Day 03 Beijing (B)

Meet your guide at your hotel and then take private tour to Badaling Section of the Great Wall.  Upon arriving at the Badaling Great Wall, you can either take cable car (optional cost) uphill or hike along the stairs on the wall. You may spend 2-3 hours on the symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization. Then you will visit the Summer Palace, one of the China's largest and best-preserved imperial gardens. It is a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design, integrating the natural landscape of hills and open water with man-made features into a harmonious and aesthetically exceptional whole.

Day 04 Beijing / Pingyao (B)

In the morning transfer to the railway station and board the high-speed train to Pingyao. Upon arrival, you will start the exciting trip to this ancient town, which is still well preserved the same as when it was the county seat of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It has been listed as one of the World Cultural Heritages sites by UNESCO. Pingyao is regarded as the birthplace of modern banking system of China and you will also see the remains of ancient stores, walls, family houses, etc.

Day 05 Pingyao / Xian (B)

You will be transferred to the train station and take high-speed train to Xian. Up arrival, visit the City Wall built in the Ming dynasty, one of the oldest and best preserved ancient Chinese city walls. The wall is 14 kilometers long. Walk on the top of it, you can have an idea of medieval defense system composed of by watchtowers, ramparts and a moat. Contrasting the old from its inside are the modern high-rises and bustling traffic of Xian. Cross the street and walk to the Muslim quarter. You will visit the mosque at Daxuexixiang. After that, enjoy your shopping time at the Muslim Street which is lined with shops selling souvenirs and local snacks.

Day 06 Xian (B)

You will take an express bus to Lintong, the place where The Terracotta Army and the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor was discovered. The Terracotta Warriors are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. There are more than 8,000 life-size Terra-cotta soldiers and horses excavated from this area which all displayed in the practical battle formation in 3 pits respectively. In the late afternoon, travel back to your hotel.

Day 07 Xian (B)

Step into the heart of ancient Chinese rural life at the Guanzhong Folk Culture Village in Shaanxi Province. Nestled in the fertile Guanzhong Plain—the historic cradle of Zhou, Qin, Han, and Tang civilizations—this village offers an immersive journey into the traditions, architecture, and daily customs of Northwest China’s agrarian heritage. In the afternoon, visit National Archives of Publications and Culture. Nestled against the Qinling Mountains in Huyi District, it reflects the traditional Chinese principle of "mountains as backdrops, waters as veins", symbolizing stability and cultural continuity. The constructions organized along a central axis, echoing the solemnity of ancient imperial architecture while integrating modern functional areas. Spacious, symmetrical courtyards with water features mirror Tang Garden designs, blending utility with serenity. In the afternoon, travel back to Xian.

Day 08 Xian / Hangzhou (B)

You will be transferred to the airport and fly onto Hangzhou known as the Oriental Vience. Upon arrival, you will visit the Lingyin Temple. The temple was built in the year of 326 AD when an Indian monk named Huili arrived at the FeilI Peak and found that the Peak was so outstanding and beautiful that he thought it was a retreat of supernatural beings. It is the most influential temple in South China, and is regarded as one of the 10 famous Buddhist temples in China. Then proceed to Hefang Street. It has been the most prosperous street for almost 1000 years. Many shops and restaurants there are age-old famous brands. Enjoy a leisurely walk through this historical community.

Day 09 Hangzhou (B)

Relax on a wonderful cruise of China's most famous Lake, West Lake; it is symbol of Hangzhou as well as one of the most beautiful sights in China. Then visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda. Ascending to the top of the pagoda and looking down, you will have a panoramic view of the beauty of the Qiantang River, feeling as if "standing above the highest level of the sky".

Day 10 Hangzhou / Tunxi / Mountain Huangshan (B)

Today you be transferred to Tunxi, which is located at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, which is listed as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. It has always been worshipped since ancient times for its unique beauty, and it offers an ideal place for seekers of antiquity as well as for novelty explorers. Arrival and take the cable car to the mountain top for overnight.

Day 11 Mountain Huangshan (B)

Full-day explore to this amazing mountain. Some peaks reach up to 5, 900 feet high. The scenery is renowned for its dramatic changes from hour to hour and through the seasons. Mountain Huangshan covers an area of 250 kilometers, of which 154 square kilometers are scenic attractions. Its landscape features "four wonders" of imposing peaks, spectacular rocks, odd-shaped pines, and a sea of clouds.

Day 12 Mountain Huangshan / Tunxi / Shanghai (B)

Today you will take the cable car back to Tunxi, where you will travel along Xin An River to Hongcun - Chinese Buffalo-shaped Ancient Village. Hongcun Village features its interesting layout as a water buffalo shape, then its environmental architectural idea of a crisscross waterway system. Because of its nice scenery, Hongcun Village has always enjoyed the name "a village in the Chinese painting". In the afternoon, visit the Xidi Village, boasts 124 well-preserved dwelling houses and 3 clan temples dating back to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. As a cultural site, Xidi Village was added to the list of World Heritage by UNESCO in 2000. Travel to Shanghai by high-speed train.

Day 13 Shanghai (B)

Start the city tour to Yu Garden, the best preserved ancient Chinese garden. There are many small-commodities like handicrafts and clothes, and you can explore the sale market around all by yourself and enjoy the fun of shopping. Then travel to the Bund, appreciating the splendid Bund western buildings and the Lujiazui skylines on the other side of the Huangpu River. At the end of the tour, spend some time on the No. 1 shopping street in the country-East Nanjing Road. Transfer back to your hotel for rest.

Day 14 Shanghai / Hong Kong (B)

Today you will fly onto Hong Kong. Met and transferred to your centrally located hotel.

Day 15 Hong Kong (B)

Free day in Hong Kong to explore the city on your own.

Day 16 Hong Kong (B)

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your homeward flight and complete the most interesting China architecture tour.
