Depart on your flight bound for Kunming, known as Spring City in China, is the capital city of Yunnan Province. Upon your arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel.
Day 2: Kunming
A full day excursion takes you to the Stone Forest, one of the natural wonders of the area, and a typical Karstic Landscape. On the way, you will enjoy a visit to a typical Chinese village and meet the local people. Enjoy the bird watching during your trip.
Day 3: Kunming / Jinghong
Fly to Jinghong today, also known as Xishuangbanna, this area is well known for its tropical rainforest and the great site for bird watching. Enjoy the bird watching in the afternoon and check in the hotel tonight.
Day 4 – 6: Jinghong
Enjoy the full-day bird watching in Jinghong, Menghai and Menglun areas.
Day 7: Jinghong / Simao
Travel to Simao for birding in Puwen Nature Reserve and check into the local hotel.
Day 8: Simao / Xinping
Continue the trip to Xinping and enjoy birding on your way. Arrival and check into the local hotel.
Day 9: Xinping
Enjoy the full-day bird watching in Xinping.
Day 10: Xinping / Kunming
Today you will return back to Kunming and check into the hotel.
Day 11: Kunming
Enjoy a wonderful city birding tour to Green Lake and Western Hill. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an interesting visit to the local biggest Bird & Flower market of the Old Kunming City.
Day 12: Depart
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your homeward flight.
